Handoff & sign-off

Frozen from the latest draft into exports/—. Any change after this point is a new version and resets sign-offs.

1 · Approval tier — decides who must sign off

Tier 1 — Variant / copy amend, no new claims

Every claim on the page already exists in the approved register (Loom) or on the PDP. No copywriter gate needed: owner publishes. Target cycle: under 24 hours.

Tier 2 — New angle or claim not in the register

The page says something not yet approved. The copywriter is the compliance gatekeeper and MUST sign off before handoff to IT. The claims table in the copy pack lists exactly what's new.

Tier 3 — New component or template

The page introduces a block or layout not in the live library. One-time design + engineering review required; once approved, the component joins the library and future uses are Tier 1/2.
